چکیده

A 45-yr-old female presented with a ness in spite of a bone marrow biopsy rapidly enlarging bony tumor that was showing myelofibrosis and liver biopsy eventually identified as a Philadelphia documenting extramedullary hematopoiechromosome (Ph’)-positive myeloprolifersic. This case represents a unique constelative disorder with extramedullary blastic lation of features of the myeloproliferative transformation. This transformation ocsyndrome in which the diagnosis was obcurred in the absence of demonstrable scure until special stains of the bony tumor chronic or acute leukemic phase.
